About the Role

Torch Dental is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our rapidly growing startup. This role will play a key part in scaling our Sales organization by attracting, assessing, and hiring top-performing talent.

Key Responsibilities

• →Own inbound and outbound sourcing for Sales roles across multiple levels
• →Conduct phone screens with candidates to assess alignment with skills and role requirements
• →Manage scheduling and extending offers to qualified candidates
• →Analyze recruiting data and pipeline metrics to make recommendations
• →Create, manage, and refresh job postings across external job boards
• →Process and manage employee referral submissions
• →Partner with Marketing on employer branding initiatives
• →Identify talent gaps and anticipate future hiring needs
