About the Role

We are seeking a Quantitative Developer to help design, build, and validate models for market surveillance and analytics products. This role involves collaborating with ex-Traders and Structurers to create custom market abuse metrics and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

→Understand customer needs through direct contact and trade data analysis
→Design and implement custom metrics and models via our CaaS product
→Contribute to PoCs and technical onboarding of new customers
→Perform technical tasks like system configuration, data batches, and troubleshooting
→Use our in-house big data language for pricing and data analysis
→Collaborate with sales and engineering teams for timely delivery

Requirements

✓Hands-on skills in C#, C++ or Python
✓Proven industry experience in financial markets from trading, risk or quantitative perspective
✓Sound knowledge of fixed-income asset class, including derivatives
✓Deep understanding of risk sensitivities or Greeks such as Delta, Gamma, DV01
✓Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with customers
✓Excellent written and oral communication skills
✓Able to prioritise and manage competing customer needs
✓Keen to work in a fast-paced environment
