About Treeswift:
The way energy companies manage their infrastructure hasn't kept pace with the challenges they face. Treeswift is changing that, helping utilities modernize their field operations with AI-powered technology that reduces risk, improves reliability, and scales with the demands of a rapidly changing grid.
We deploy AI-powered sensor systems into utility field operations, mounted on backpacks and vehicles, to collect LiDAR and imagery data at scale. Our models turn that raw data into actionable intelligence: reducing wildfire, outage, and regulatory risk from vegetation; preventing cost overruns on new construction; and accelerating recovery after storms.
Since our first utility pilot in June 2024, we've grown to work with three of the five largest utilities in the United States. We're just getting started.
Our team brings deep experience from Penn, Caltech, CMU, Palantir, Stripe, and Oracle, and we're backed by leading investors including Penny Pritzker's Inspired Capital. We're headquartered in lower Manhattan with an office in Philadelphia and field presence across the country.
We're moving fast on a problem that matters. The work we do has real consequences for real people, and there's a lot of runway ahead. Come build it with us.
The Position:
Treeswift is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support and strengthen our hiring efforts as we continue to scale. This role partners closely with our Recruiting Team, helping to drive day-to-day execution while bringing additional capacity across owning coordination, driving sourcing, and taking on select searches end-to-end.
Youβll play a key role in making sure candidates have a smooth, thoughtful experience and that our internal process stays organized, efficient, and moving. Beyond the day-to-day, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to how we continue to improve and evolve our recruiting practices. This is a great fit for someone early in their recruiting career who's excited to build strong fundamentals, take on increasing responsibility over time, and have a real impact on how a growing team hires - and who's eager to learn from and grow alongside an experienced Lead Tech Recruiter.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Lead Tech Recruiter and broader recruiting efforts across active searches while helping drive a smooth, organized, and high-quality candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and recruiting logistics across multiple hiring process and stakeholders
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the interview process with timely, thoughtful communication
- Assist with sourcing efforts through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other creative channels to help build strong candidate pipelines
- Own the integrity of our hiring data - keeping our ATS (we use Ashby) accurate and make sure hiring managers always have a clear, current picture of where every search stands, so the pipeline is never a mystery.
- Help craft and refine job descriptions, outreach messages, and other recruiting collateral
- Represent Treeswift's brand and mission to every candidate you interact with
Who You Are:
- You have 2β3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a coordination-heavy role. Agency or in-house experience both welcome
- You're the kind of person who sets up the tracking doc before anyone asks, stays on top of ATS hygiene without being reminded, and can juggle multiple open roles without losing sight of where any candidate stands.
- You're comfortable keeping candidates engaged through the process, can bridge the gap between hiring managers and candidates, and naturally keep your internal partners informed of key updates that impact the operational system (i.e upcoming offers, roadblocks to hire)
- You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built
- You are interested in recruiting and want to grow into more ownership over time
What We Value:
- Growth from within. We're building a company where strong performers have a real path forward. As Treeswift scales, we expect the leaders of our field operations, deployment, and customer success functions to come from the team we're building right now.
- Mission first. We value team members who are focused on working towards the best outcomes for the customer and the business.
- Curiosity. We are constantly learning β from each other and from our customers.. We arenβt afraid to learn we were wrong in the process and adapt our approach accordingly.
- Owners mindset. If you see an opportunity for improvement, run with it. We believe that good ideas can come from anywhere, no matter your role.
Benefits
- Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance
- Life insurance package and disability coverage
- Stock options
- Paid leave for new parents
