About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join Trendyol's Dubai office, focusing on talent acquisition and HR business partnering across international markets. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the Gulf region and other international locations, ensuring a consistent approach to talent and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international markets
→Partner with hiring managers across global locations
→Execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and global job boards
→Provide HR business partnering support to international employees
→Support workforce planning and organizational development
→Coordinate onboarding for new hires across different markets
→Ensure compliance with employment regulations
→Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
✓Extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering
✓Proven background in a fast-paced technology or e-commerce environment
✓Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor law and international employment regulations
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✓Native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English
