About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Ops & Lifecycle Specialist to join our growing marketing team at Trivelta. This role involves building and maintaining the systems that keep our go-to-market engine running, working directly with the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and manage our Salesforce CRM, including configuration, optimisation, data integrity, and user access
- →Design and implement scalable processes that support marketing and sales operations
- →Develop and maintain CRM structures for accurate tracking, reporting, and pipeline visibility
- →Design and manage the lead lifecycle from first touch through sales handoff
- →Build and maintain marketing attribution models to measure channel and campaign performance
- →Develop and iterate on lead scoring models within Salesforce
- →Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks
- →Manage integrations across the marketing technology stack
- →Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align reporting standards
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- ✓3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or CRM-focused roles
- ✓Hands-on Salesforce experience; admin-level proficiency strongly preferred
- ✓Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel reporting, and performance measurement
- ✓Experience configuring marketing automation platforms and campaign workflows
- ✓Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with complex datasets
- ✓Experience in a B2B environment required; SaaS or technology sector experience is a plus
- ✓Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
- ✓English fluency required; Spanish or additional languages are a plus
