About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team at TrustedHousesitters. This role focuses on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights to help teams across the business make informed, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Extract, model and validate data, ensuring accuracy and reliability
- →Build and maintain dashboards and reports that make data easy to access and interpret
- →Translate complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights
- →Support the implementation and measurement of new product features
- →Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data processes
- →Partner closely with product, engineering and other teams
- →Conduct discovery and analysis across the whole member journey
- →Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- →Support the design and interpretation of experiments
Requirements
- ✓Proficiency in SQL with experience querying large datasets
- ✓Experience with visualization and BI tools (Looker, Mode, Tableau, or similar)
- ✓Strong communication skills to explain analysis clearly
- ✓Proactive and curious mindset
- ✓Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality work
- ✓Understanding of core statistics and experimentation principles
