About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and curious Marketing Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team at TrustedHousesitters. This role focuses on driving sustainable growth by helping marketing teams understand what works and where to invest next.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with channel leads to define learning agendas and translate insights into actionable recommendations
→Design and deliver analysis across paid media and the marketing mix, including campaign performance and efficiency
→Integrate outputs from multiple measurement approaches into coherent narratives for senior stakeholders
→Advise on acquisition KPIs and measurement strategy, balancing short-term performance and long-term value
→Support the New Member Revenue team with measurement needs and guidance
→Build scalable acquisition measurement processes to increase confidence in insights
→Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Data teams to align measurement with business priorities

Requirements

✓Significant experience in marketing, media, or growth analytics in digital or consumer technology businesses
✓Strong understanding of paid media performance and acquisition levers
✓Hands-on experience with effectiveness and incrementality measurement approaches
✓Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights that influence decisions
✓Comfortable operating in ambiguity and applying sound judgment with incomplete data
✓Experience as a senior individual contributor influencing without authority
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
✓Tools and technical skills
✓Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with large datasets
✓Familiarity with analytical tools like Python or R
✓Experience with marketing data from digital platforms and data warehouses
✓Practical understanding of advanced measurement methodologies
