About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product/UX Designer to join our Reviews & Core squad at Trustpilot. This is a high-visibility role responsible for some of the most business-critical experiences in the Trustpilot ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design strategy and execution for complex, high-impact features
- →Design and optimise user experiences using AI-powered features
- →Create well-crafted design proposals that communicate rationale and align stakeholders
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy
- →Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- →Drive contributions to our design system
- →Champion design principles to ensure product experiences are grounded in clarity
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience designing within a SaaS product environment
- ✓Proven experience designing for high-traffic B2B communication surfaces
- ✓Robust foundation in design principles and theory
- ✓Evidence of delivering end-to-end design work with measurable business impact
- ✓Strong communication and storytelling skills
- ✓Experience contributing to design systems in complex engineering environments
- ✓Proficiency with Figma and other design tools
- ✓Motivation to integrate AI tools into your workflow
