About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee project success criteria, governance, and execution plans. This role involves leading cross-functional teams and managing project finances.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish overall success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
- →Identify and communicate quality, safety, health, and environment issues to appropriate line managers
- →Maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems
- →Develop project plans, including detailed project plans and execution plans
- →Prepare design briefs and project programmes
- →Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
- →Manage the tender process, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation
- →Manage change control, design management, and risk management
- →Monitor project finances and coordinate cost reports
- →Manage project information flow through regular meetings and communications
- →Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and PMIs
- →Prepare formal project progress and other reports
- →Interface with clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- →Manage permitting, statutory matters, submissions, and approvals
- →Identify opportunities for new business development
- →Input key project information into internal databases
- →Ensure prompt client invoicing and financial monitoring
