About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Operational Implementation Lead to spearhead the engagement and implementation of the D365 system across all operational areas. This role will ensure the system effectively supports and enhances regional operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Spearhead the regional engagement and successful implementation of the D365 system across all operational areas
- →Collaborate closely with relevant regional functional leads to ensure seamless integration of the D365 migration
- →Serve as the primary communication and coordination link between the core D365 deployment team and regional stakeholders
- →Drive and advocate for business change within regional operations
- →Ensure local operational leadership is engaged in and accountable for the data validation process
- →Identify, appoint, and empower a network of regional Change Champions
- →Proactively obtain feedback from regional operational teams for continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓Experience with D365 system implementation
- ✓Strong understanding of operational processes including supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery
- ✓Excellent communication and coordination skills
- ✓Ability to drive and advocate for business change
- ✓Experience with data validation processes
- ✓Leadership experience in change management initiatives
