About the Role
We are looking for a Design Manager to coordinate with architects and consultants throughout the design process, from initial test-fit to final layout approval.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate with architects and consultants from developing test-fit to finalization of layout
- →Prepare 3D views and detailed designs
- →Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- →Gather requirements by coordinating with client's cross-functional teams
- →Support procurement team with technical confirmations for vendor procurement
- →Review BOQ for accuracy and sufficiency of line items and scope of works
- →Conduct site visits to assess layout suitability and feasibility
- →Update project status on client systems and online platforms
- →Track construction progress through site visits and resolve bottlenecks
- →Control and monitor site construction works
- →Handle technical project handover and support commercial closeout
- →Implement change management processes to track changes and impacts
- →Support the team with smaller assignments
