About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. This is a fixed-term contract position for two years, ideally with experience in employee and management consulting.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as a competent contact person for managers and employees in all personnel-related matters in the assigned area
→Act as a contact and negotiation partner for internal and external stakeholders
→Manage and implement labor law measures
→Implement international transfers
→Manage local processes such as performance reviews and salary rounds in the assigned area
→Utilize HR key figures, maintain and prepare the corresponding files and documents
→Create reports and derive sound and pragmatic recommendations for action
→Continuously improve HR processes with regard to standardization and efficiency
→Lead and manage local HR projects

Requirements

✓Experience in employee and management consulting
✓Knowledge of labor law and international HR processes
✓Strong stakeholder management skills
✓Ability to analyze HR data and create reports
✓Experience in leading HR projects
