Key Responsibilities
- →Strategically lead the compensation and benefits team.
- →Manage benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401k, and wellness initiatives.
- →Develop and maintain the job architecture framework through job analysis and establishing job classifications.
- →Maintain pay grades and salary ranges for all job classifications.
- →Develop and manage the merit cycle process, recognition programs, and reward and incentive programs.
- →Manage and analyze the increase and promotions cycle, providing recommendations regarding compensation decisions.
- →Support the ongoing plan design and administration of incentive plans.
- →Ensure compliance through audits of benefits and compensation practices.
- →Manage leaves of absences programs.
- →Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- →Create communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards programs.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management.
- ✓Strong leadership and team management skills.
- ✓In-depth knowledge of job architecture frameworks and pay grade systems.
- ✓Experience with market benchmarking and salary range determination.
- ✓Understanding of compliance requirements including ACA, 401k non-discrimination testing, and FLSA classification.
- ✓Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- ✓Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
