About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst Intern to join Twilio's Employer Brand team. This role involves transforming data into actionable insights to shape employer branding strategy and measure success across talent acquisition functions.

Key Responsibilities

→Evaluate data from various channels and define structured methodologies for data collection
→Build and maintain tracking systems using tools like Airtable and Excel
→Establish baseline views of Employer Brand performance across priority channels
→Track awareness, engagement, and behavior signals to roll up insights
→Identify top-performing channels, formats, and content themes
→Support employer brand operations across projects
→Act as an ambassador of the Twilio intern program

Requirements

✓Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field
✓Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
✓Comfortable collecting and manipulating data in spreadsheets
✓Ability to synthesize data into clear, concise insights
✓Strong written communication skills
✓Self-starter who can manage project tracking and deadlines independently
✓Ability to build presentation materials using Google Slides or Canva
