About the Role
We are looking for a Personalized Support Engineer to join Twilio's Global Personalized Support team. This role involves supporting top-tier customers and handling Phone Numbers product while collaborating with Technical Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Address customer issues using technical and diplomatic skills
- →Work with developers, architects, and support personnel to resolve problems
- →Collaborate with teammates and Twilio's Product and Engineering teams
- →Assist customers when needed
- →Work irregular shifts, including weekends and holidays
Requirements
- ✓Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- ✓2+ years' experience in a client-facing technical role
- ✓Proficient problem solver with good time management skills
- ✓Ability to empathize with customers and enhance their experience
- ✓Strong collaboration skills with other departments
- ✓Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- ✓Desire to understand customer trends and document them
- ✓Experience with Twilio products, JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable preferred
