About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Stytch team at Twilio, where you'll help develop fraud detection and prevention products. This role involves working on the Device Fingerprinting product that detects bots and abuse to protect customers from fraud.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and own fraud detection capabilities for Stytch’s fraud platform on Twilio
- →Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction and deliver high-impact features
- →Collaborate across Twilio and Stytch teams to align on architecture and integrate platform capabilities
- →Operate with deep technical ownership, author design docs, and drive key technical decisions
- →Improve production quality and resilience through observability and incident response
- →Mentor and support other engineers through pairing, feedback, and knowledge-sharing
Requirements
- ✓6+ years experience in designing, building and operating production systems
- ✓Familiarity with C/C++ and a production-grade code base in a modern programming language
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related industry experience
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotation weekend and holiday hours
