About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Global Content Creators department at Ubisoft Global Publishing. This role involves supporting the Creator Operations team in implementing and optimizing processes and tools for managing campaigns with content creators.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to the management of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
- →Coordinate efforts between different teams to ensure smooth project execution
- →Assist in planning and coordinating the rollout of new operational processes
- →Train teams on new procedures and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption
- →Document processes and create guides and user manuals for end users
- →Participate in the evaluation of existing processes and tools to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- →Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement automation solutions aimed at optimizing operations
- →Monitor and analyze performance indicators to measure the impact of the improvements implemented
- →Monitor industry news and carry out benchmarks and case studies related to creators’ strategies and observed market trends
