About the Role
We are looking for a UI Programmer to join Ubisoft Ivory Tower. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining user interface systems for the game The Crew Motorfest.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, implement, and maintain menu and user interface systems while ensuring visual, functional, and technical consistency
- →Intervene at all stages of production to integrate technical constraints into design and development decisions
- →Collaborate closely with UX/UI Design, Game Design, and Gameplay Programmer teams for the integration and evolution of UI features
- →Supervise programming, optimization, and maintenance of modules related to the user interface
- →Ensure accessibility and ergonomics of interfaces, identify and report inconsistencies or accessibility issues
- →Manage and prioritize tasks via JIRA while respecting planning and quality constraints
- →Contribute to defining and evolving the technical vision related to UI challenges
- →Maintain technological awareness and stay informed about UI developments in the video game industry
Requirements
- ✓Experience in UI programming for video games
- ✓Strong understanding of visual, functional, and technical consistency in interface design
- ✓Ability to integrate technical constraints into design and development decisions
- ✓Collaboration skills with various teams including UX/UI Design, Game Design, and Gameplay Programmer
