About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to generate high-quality leads and help build a repeatable, scalable SDR function. This role offers visibility and autonomy to shape processes while contributing directly to expanding Insightly’s reach.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own outbound prospecting—researching, targeting, and engaging with ideal-fit accounts through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- →Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively using a qualification-based sales methodology.
- →Personalize outreach at scale using tools like Outreach, Zoominfo, SalesNavigator.
- →Craft messaging that aligns to vertical pain points and persona priorities.
- →Hit monthly targets for meetings booked, pipeline generated, and contact engagement rates.
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS SDR or BDR roles.
- ✓Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
- ✓Strong communicator with experience in CRM and sales engagement tools.
- ✓Understanding of top-of-funnel GTM metrics and ability to track/report KPIs.
