About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Unify's elite product team. You'll work directly with founders and executives to build the future of AI-powered go-to-market systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the product roadmap and define what we build alongside founders
- →Drive strategy and execution for engineering pods
- →Ship end-to-end features from concept to launch
- →Be the voice of the customer through user research and data analysis
- →Focus on UX details to create simple, elegant, and delightful experiences
- →Set standards for product quality and decision-making
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years building product, preferably at early-stage or high-growth B2B/SaaS companies
- ✓Experience shipping 0→1 products in uncharted territory
- ✓Strong product sense and UX instincts with a track record of successful products
- ✓Ability to make decisions with imperfect information and thrive in ambiguity
- ✓Technical understanding to discuss tradeoffs with engineers
- ✓Metrics-driven approach with data-informed iterations
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
