About the Role
Unison is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support business operations. This role is ideal for new graduates or early-career professionals with 0-4 years of experience who are confident with computers and eager to begin their professional journey.
Key Responsibilities
- βCollect data accurately from various internal and external sources
- βEnter and update information within our CRM system
- βPerform day-to-day administrative and data-entry tasks
- βMonitor progress to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met
- βSupport routine reporting and basic data summaries
- βRespond to data-related queries and assist in updating records
- βProactively contact relevant government entities to gather required information
- βOrganize collected data within a structured internal database
- βConduct routine data cleansing and accuracy checks
- βEnsure all data handling follows GDPR and other applicable data-protection guidelines
Requirements
- βSuitable for candidates with 0β4 years of experience, including those seeking their first professional role
- βIntermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- βExcellent communication and collaboration skills
- βAbility to manage and organize your own workload
