About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Designer to join the Web Development team at Unlimit, a global fintech company. You will bridge the gap between high-converting marketing pages and complex, data-heavy fintech interfaces, balancing aesthetic excellence with a deep understanding of UX and technical constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and maintain design systems and layouts for all company web products, including the main site, crypto-portal, and account dashboards.
- →Design user flows and information architecture from scratch, conducting technical assessments of design feasibility with developers.
- →Produce high-quality, professional UI designs and layouts that align with the brand identity.
- →Develop and scale the internal Design System (Figma), researching new design trends, tools, and interaction patterns.
- →Participate in sprint and quarterly planning, breaking down complex design concepts into manageable implementation phases.
- →Conduct design reviews of implemented features to ensure pixel-perfect alignment with original mockups.
- →Work closely with Product Owners and the Team Lead to translate business goals into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience as a Web or Product Designer, with experience in FinTech, Crypto, or high-end Agency a plus.
- ✓Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layouts, variables).
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating both marketing web design and complex dashboard/UI systems.
- ✓Understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and constraints.
- ✓Proven experience in designing and maintaining scalable Design Systems.
- ✓Ability to estimate design efforts and meet deadlines in an agile environment.
- ✓Deep knowledge of typography, composition, and UX psychology.
- ✓Proficiency in Jira/Confluence for task management.
