About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Client Experience to join our growing team at Unlock Health. This role involves managing client relationships, executing engagements, coordinating internal teams, and assisting in account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of account management principles and our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities

→Support the Client Experience team and client needs, including reporting, data, and budgets
→Provide administrative support, research, and deck preparation on a project basis
→Facilitate and manage day-to-day activities with a small book of business
→Manage client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service
→Develop and drive timelines to ensure the internal team meets all defined milestones
→Represent our capabilities and services to clients and apply them to their needs
→Communicate client needs and relevant context to the internal client experience team
→Collaborate with account teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and digital strategies
→Manage clients’ budget and partner with the Campaign Ops team in developing reports
→Monitor work status against expectations, timelines, and budget
→Identify and address potential issues or barriers that may affect work or client relationships
→Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients
→Maintain a basic understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
✓0-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or related field
✓Experience in the healthcare industry required
✓Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
✓Demonstrated ability to deliver results and exceed expectations
✓Ability to travel as necessary for key meetings
