About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join EnFi, a cutting-edge FinTech startup revolutionizing credit risk assessment and portfolio monitoring with AI-powered platforms. This hands-on role involves significant ownership across the product, working closely with engineering to define quality bars for AI outputs and shape how AI-native products are built.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define evaluation criteria and establish quality bars for AI outputs
- →Design complex workflows for lending professionals
- →Use discovery builds and design agents to rapidly prototype and validate product concepts
- →Work directly with customers through discovery calls, onboarding, and user research
- →Scale onboarding processes for guided self-service
- →Partner with engineering on feasibility, tradeoffs, and iteration
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience with enterprise customers
- ✓Startup growth experience from early-stage ambiguity to scaling solutions
- ✓AI/ML experience with demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience
- ✓High say-do ratio with a track record of delivering on commitments
- ✓Strong product design instincts with comfort owning UX decisions
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Based in Boston or NYC, willing to work hybrid
