About the Role
UpGuard is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the US. As the central technical point of contact for customers in our sales funnel, you will play a critical role in enabling our Account Executives and ensuring customers have a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, implement, and iterate on processes to support and scale the Sales function
- →Drive product activation during trials by providing an excellent experience to customers
- →Support prospects during trials/proof of concepts (POC) of the platform
- →Identify prospect pain points and challenges during trials/POCs
- →Be the technical point of contact for any support queries during the trial process
- →Assist with customer security assessments, RFPs, and business cases
- →Collaborate with the team to improve the trial/POC experience
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years of experience in Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical customer support at a B2B SaaS company
- ✓Solutions-driven problem solver with excellent communication skills
- ✓Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and presentations
- ✓High degree of technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- ✓Ability to give and receive feedback
