About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join Upside and help shape the teams building our innovative commerce platform. This role involves leading full-lifecycle recruiting for B2C technology positions, combining deep knowledge of the tech talent market with strong relationship-building and sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead full-lifecycle recruiting end-to-end, including role launch, sourcing, interview coordination, debrief discussions, offer approvals, and closing
- →Facilitate thoughtful intake conversations and ensure interview plans and evaluation criteria are clear and consistent
- →Build and sustain strong pipelines through multi-channel sourcing strategies and active funnel management
- →Maintain a disciplined, candidate-centered process with strong documentation and ATS hygiene
- →Design scalable recruiting systems including templates, playbooks, and interviewer enablement resources
- →Represent Upside with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive candidate experience
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience across multiple technical functions
- ✓Track record of improving recruitment metrics through strong execution and systems improvements
- ✓Strong sourcing expertise across various channels and experience engaging passive talent
- ✓Effective stakeholder partnership with Hiring Managers and cross-functional leaders
- ✓Operational discipline in running structured workflows from launch through close
- ✓Sound judgment in balancing structure and flexibility while using data to guide decisions
- ✓Clear communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- ✓Collaborative and team-oriented approach to building a positive work environment
