$99,450 - $134,550 /year

Key Responsibilities
- →Take responsibility for technical decisions and ensure alignment with company and technical strategy
- →Define team goals and ensure proposed work is aligned with them
- →Identify and implement practices needed to ensure security and operational service level objectives (SLOs) are met
- →Work with the Product Manager and team to set objectives and key results (OKRs)
- →Ensure the squad is staffed with the technical skillsets to deliver objectives
- →Understand and communicate company, department, and pillar strategy and goals to your squad
- →Teach our culture to others and foster a healthy dynamic within your team
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of engineering practices and technologies
- ✓Experience with setting objectives and key results (OKRs)
- ✓Ability to identify risks and blockers early and work with stakeholders to mitigate them
- ✓Experience with performance calibration and promotion reviews
- ✓Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
- ✓Experience with budget management (OpEx and CapEx)
