About the Role
We are looking for an HRMS Consultant to join our team in UAE operations. This role focuses on IT and digital transformation within the HR domain, specifically in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end HRMS implementation cycles, including requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- →Identify manual HR bottlenecks and design automated workflows for onboarding, lifecycle management, and global payroll integration
- →Act as Tier 3 support for complex system errors, API integration failures, and data discrepancies
- →Maintain integrity of sensitive employee data and ensure compliance with global standards
- →Build custom dashboards and SQL-based reports for leadership insights
- →Manage relationships with software providers
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or HR Management with technical focus
- ✓Professional certification in HRMS platform preferred
- ✓5+ years in HRIS/HRMS consulting, preferably in IT or SaaS environment
- ✓Proficiency in HRMS applications like Oracle HCM Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors
- ✓Advanced Excel skills (Power Query/VBA) and SQL experience
- ✓Understanding of APIs, SOAP, and REST web services
- ✓Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- ✓Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and project management software
- ✓Joining time frame: 15-30 days
