About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager - Operations & Technology to join our Qatar operations. This role requires extensive experience in banking and transformation, with strong project management and business analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives
- →Structure programs into clear project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- →Perform hands-on analysis on existing operating support models
- →Define and validate business requirements for support functions
- →Ensure business cases and OKRs are created, defined, and tracking real value
- →Conduct business analysis to define business and functional requirements
- →Document BRDs, user stories, and process flows
- →Analyze front, middle, and back office workflows to identify gaps
- →Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible and effective
- →Apply understanding of HR, Credit, and Operations
- →Support decision-making with data, logic, and commercial context
Requirements
- ✓8+ years banking experience and transformation with Operations & Technology function exposure
- ✓Experience delivering operational or functional transformation
- ✓Strong project management delivery skills with hands-on business analysis capability
- ✓Practical, accountable, and solution-oriented approach
