About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager - Wholesale to lead revenue generation initiatives for our Qatar operations. This role combines project management and business analysis skills to drive successful delivery of wholesale banking programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple revenue-related initiatives across Wholesale Banking
- →Translate strategic objectives into delivery roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics
- →Actively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs
- →Drive execution in ambiguous environments and maintain momentum
- →Ensure benefits realization is tracked and delivered
- →Conduct business analysis to define business and functional requirements
- →Document BRDs, user stories, and process flows aligned to revenue outcomes
- →Analyze front-office workflows to identify productivity or client conversion gaps
- →Work closely with stakeholders including Technology and Operations
- →Engage directly with Wholesale Front Office to understand revenue drivers
- →Support decision-making with data, logic, and commercial context
Requirements
- ✓8+ years banking and transformation experience with Wholesale/Corporate Banking exposure
- ✓Proven delivery of front-office or revenue-impacting initiatives
- ✓Strong project leadership combined with hands-on BA experience
- ✓Commercial mindset, sound judgment, and strong ownership mentality
- ✓Ability to conduct business analysis and define requirements
- ✓Experience delivering enablement or operational transformation
