About the Role
Vanta is seeking a Program Manager to drive execution of large-scale GTM initiatives and lead engagement and culture programs. This role will partner with GTM leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to ensure initiatives ship on time and teams stay motivated.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end program management for large, complex cross-functional GTM initiatives
- →Build scalable program management frameworks including intake processes and measurement approaches
- →Partner with GTM leadership to surface risks and opportunities
- →Establish clear KPIs for program effectiveness and engagement
- →Support strategic program planning cycles and contribute to operational excellence
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of program management, operations, or strategic initiatives experience
- ✓Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs
- ✓Strong frameworks-based thinking combined with a bias for action
- ✓Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- ✓Deep understanding of GTM functions in fast-growth environments
- ✓Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
- ✓Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work
