We are looking for a People Operations Partner at vCluster Labs to help architect our employee journey and build a world-class employee experience that scales with our rapid growth. This role is a key contributor to organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and optimize our HRIS, Rippling, to automate HR processes and build AI automation
- →Lead end-to-end processing of onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a positive experience
- →Administer comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans with our providers
- →Administer performance review cycles and employee engagement surveys
- →Manage diverse People Ops tasks with a focus on compliance and global logistics
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in People Operations or HR, ideally within a high-growth startup
- ✓Deep, hands-on experience with Rippling and its automation capabilities
- ✓Open-minded professional willing to adapt based on data-driven evidence
- ✓Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate future trends
