About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager at vCluster to architect our market narrative and contribute to our category dominance. You will build a world-class GTM engine that scales as we define the Kubernetes virtualization space, serving as the connective tissue between Product Management, Sales, and the broader Cloud Native ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Position and engineer compelling narratives that synthesize technical product capabilities into high-impact messaging frameworks
- →Lead end-to-end product launches and strategic initiatives, building sophisticated GTM plans
- →Integrate AI-native workflows to automate content tasks and optimize messaging for GEO
- →Create high-impact sales decks, battlecards, and analyst briefings to improve deal velocity
- →Manage the lifecycle of technical and thought-leadership content with a "value over volume" mentality
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in Product Marketing within enterprise B2B software, ideally with a focus on Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
- ✓Profound understanding of containers, multi-cluster environments, and virtualization
- ✓Open-minded professional willing to adopt data-driven, outcome-oriented messaging
- ✓Strategic thinking to anticipate market shifts and identify complex competitive challenges
