About the Role
The Account Executive, Commercial Inside Sales at Veeam collaborates with channel sales teams and partners to sell products and services within an assigned territory. This role focuses on prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales through telephone and electronic sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate sales within assigned territory
- →Drive key business and technical benefits mapped to end user requirements
- →Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers
- →Maximize coverage within the defined region
- →Provide forecasting and account opportunity
- →Drive revenue and contribute to Veeam's growth
- →Team up with regional field sales employees
- →Update and maintain the Veeam CRM system
- →Assist in training and mentoring junior staff
- →Guide others in resolving complex issues
- →Contribute to team meetings
- →Coach and develop other ISRs
- →Use interpersonal styles to inspire and guide individuals
Requirements
- ✓5+ years B2B sales experience with high-tech products/services
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- ✓Experience driving sales process across internal and external teams
- ✓Ability to establish positive relationships
- ✓Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
