About the Role
Veeam Quality Assurance team is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in the Prague R&D office. You will work on Veeam products alongside QA professionals, contributing to the testing and development process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Test one or several Veeam products
- →Participate in products’ creation and development at all stages of their life cycle
- →Analyse software requirements
- →Participate in planning and creating the product test strategy
- →Communicate with other participants of the product development process
- →Train and develop new team members
- →Evaluate test results and maintain defects database
- →Participate in customer technical support processes
Requirements
- ✓Technical education or passion for technology
- ✓3+ years of software testing experience
- ✓Deep understanding of software development principles and the QA role
- ✓Experience developing test strategies and plans
- ✓Advanced knowledge of Windows, Linux or Unix operating systems
- ✓Experience in network technologies and systems
- ✓Open and flexible mind, common sense, clear logic, analytical skills
- ✓Desire and ability to work in a team
- ✓English proficiency for daily communication
