About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join Veeam, the global leader in data resilience. In this role, you will shape the future of user experience across Veeam products, focusing on design systems, workflows, growth UX, or workload UX. You'll lead high-impact initiatives that simplify complexity and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design and delivery of high-impact projects in areas like Design System, Common Workflows, Growth UX, or Workload UX
- →Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other designers to implement scalable patterns and user journeys
- →Leverage AI-assisted research and rapid prototyping to validate ideas and inform design decisions
- →Champion accessibility, usability, and design quality
- →Mentor and support other designers, engineers, and PMs
- →Measure and communicate the impact of your work through various metrics
- →Participate in design reviews and cross-team ceremonies
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio
- ✓Deep expertise in design thinking, interaction design, visual design, or information architecture
- ✓Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver balanced solutions
- ✓Experience with AI-assisted design tools and evidence-led design methodologies
- ✓Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills
- ✓Passion for accessibility, usability, and measurable business outcomes
- ✓Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
