Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
- →Partner with hiring managers to design and implement effective recruitment strategies
- →Oversee job postings in Greenhouse ATS to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
- →Conduct regular market analysis and prepare weekly recruitment progress reports
- →Identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- →Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align recruitment goals with business needs
Requirements
