About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join Veeam, the global leader in data resilience. This role involves training Technical Support Engineers to deliver high-quality support for Veeam Backup & Replication v13 and Veeam Data Cloud products, with a focus on Japanese customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and deliver structured onboarding and advanced training for VBR v13 and VDC products
- →Translate complex product behavior into support-ready mental models
- →Deliver hands-on training on systematic troubleshooting methodologies and advanced log analysis
- →Translate and localize training materials from English to Japanese
- →Conduct monthly training for L1 Technical Support Engineers
- →Deliver targeted training focused on Japanese customer expectations
- →Monitor product enhancements and deliver release-ready training
- →Work closely with Technical Support leadership and other teams
Requirements
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, virtualization, and storage platforms
- ✓Prior experience in Technical Support, Escalation/ATS, Technical Enablement, or Training
- ✓Fluent Japanese (native-level preferred) and strong professional English reading comprehension
- ✓Proven ability to translate technical English into accurate Japanese
- ✓Demonstrated experience teaching complex technical concepts and creating structured training programs
- ✓High technical curiosity and learning velocity
- ✓Calm, structured thinker under pressure
