About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Consultant to join our team in Singapore. This role is designed for new or recent graduates interested in learning about cloud-based software solutions and technical consultancy, with no coding skills required. You will develop technical and soft skills while growing into a subject matter expert at Veeva.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work as part of a project team collaborating with experienced Consultants and Project Managers
- →Learn technical consulting, software solution design, industry business processes, and project management skills
- →Participate in business process discovery workshops with customers, gather requirements, and support fit/gap analysis
- →Configure Veeva products to match customer needs under guidance of experienced Solution Architects
- →Help with building and testing solutions, training customers, and final deployment
- →Create documentation of system requirements and design for successful implementations
- →Explain solutions to various audiences and provide subject matter expertise on Veeva applications
- →Guide customer project teams to apply business and technical best practices
Requirements
- ✓Strong academic performance in your course major
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences field or similar degree or commensurate work experience
- ✓Leadership skills with ability to thrive in team environment
- ✓Critical thinking ability to take technical and business concepts and express them as potential solution designs
- ✓Excellent communication skills in person and in writing
- ✓Proficiency in English language
- ✓Aptitude and interest in technology with proficiency in software applications like PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio
- ✓Ability to manage time in person and remotely, prioritize and meet deadlines
- ✓Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
- ✓Legally authorized to work in Singapore

- ✓Fluency in a second language
- ✓Internship or experience with a Pharma company
- ✓CRM System knowledge and/or Document Management Systems experience
- ✓Programming experience or knowledge of Relational Database concepts
