About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Veeva Systems. This role will serve as a business partner for our North America R&D and Quality SMB team, working closely with Segment Operations and Sales Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the business partner to the SMB leadership team to drive sales effectiveness and results
- →Act as a key contributor to the annual planning and forecasting cycles
- →Develop data-driven insights and recommendations on pipeline, segmentation, targeting, and sales motion
- →Own the day-to-day operational engine for the North America R&D and Quality team
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Management Consulting
- ✓Strategic thinking with the ability to use both data and intuition
- ✓Self-starter comfortable taking initiative and working both individually and in teams
- ✓Experience in a high-growth environment with strong time management skills
- ✓Technically savvy with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite
