About the Role
We are looking for a MedTech Business Consultant to join our Global MedTech Business Consulting team. This remote, full-time position involves shaping quality and regulatory management strategies and processes while enabling AI adoption for top MedTech organizations. You will lead innovative strategies related to regulatory and quality processes, identify business issues, and develop structured solutions while building critical customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare customers to adopt Veeva AI solutions in their regulatory and quality practices
- →Lead harmonization of regulatory processes for new product introduction, product changes, submissions, and registration strategies
- →Lead harmonization of quality processes including document hierarchy, change control, training strategies, and CAPA plans
- →Build operating models and governance to manage new ways of working
- →Set strategic direction and define key performance indicators for regulatory and quality efficiency
- →Develop and deliver comprehensive change management programs for PromoMats and AI functionality rollout
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience with a management consulting firm or relevant industry experience
- ✓Strong track record of delivering client advisory engagements
- ✓Core management consulting skills including workshop facilitation, client presentations, project management, and change management
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
- ✓Familiarity with agentic AI applications and business use cases
- ✓Ability to travel roughly 25% depending on engagement
- ✓Experience working with RIM or QMS systems, preferably Veeva applications
- ✓Bachelor's degree is required
