About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager with deep CRM experience to join the New Markets team at Veeva Systems. This role involves building a new CRM application from scratch, focusing on data model, UX, and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the requirements and specifications for multiple major functional areas of the CRM application
- →Participate in the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery
- →Analyze competitors in the CRM space to identify differentiation opportunities
- →Develop a multi-release roadmap for functional areas
- →Partner with engineering and platform teams to deliver quality features
- →Establish customization best practices and support early customers
- →Represent the CRM application to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of enterprise SaaS product experience
- ✓Experience building applications on enterprise/SaaS platforms
- ✓Demonstrated commitment to guiding a product from initial design to maturity
- ✓Success in a fast-paced, greenfield environment
- ✓Experience with leading user experience for key functional areas
- ✓Strong technical background and collaboration with engineering
- ✓Strong analytical and communication skills
