About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Consultant to join our Veeva Quality Solution Consulting team. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, crafting compelling solution demonstrations, and showing how Veeva can transform the way life sciences companies work. You will play a key role in the sales process and join a dynamic, supportive team where you can grow rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct discovery and needs analysis to understand key customer requirements
- →Configure tailored, value-driven demonstrations of Veeva Quality Cloud applications
- →Apply industry knowledge to communicate the business value of our solutions
- →Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
- →Deliver value-based demonstrations and responses for RFPs/RFIs
- →Lead workshops, conference room pilots, and proofs of concept
- →Support marketing activities such as webinars, recorded demos, and industry events
- →Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle and beyond
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, or another regulated industry
- ✓3+ years working with, delivering, or supporting Quality Assurance software solutions in Life Sciences or medical device/diagnostics
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- ✓Fluency in English and German
- ✓Willingness to travel within the EU as needed
- ✓Self-sufficiency with energy, curiosity, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ✓Understanding of process design and quality operations
- ✓Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
