About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our four business lines within a defined territory. This is a pure new business development role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

→Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers across the territory to drive revenue growth for all four Veolia Water Tech business lines
→Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize penetration in the municipal market and achieve ambitious sales targets
→Promote and sell solutions across our four business lines
→Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, trade shows, and lead generation activities
→Conduct needs assessments, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations to prospective clients
→Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements
→Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments to identify new opportunities
→Work closely with support functions and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
→Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide regular forecasts and performance reports to management
→Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for revenue and new account acquisition
