About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to join our JAPAC team at Verkada. This role involves driving insights, operations, and strategy to help our JAPAC Sales Region operate more effectively as we expand throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and implement sales plans for the JAPAC region
→Drive planning and implementation of new territories to support expansion
→Identify and implement improvements in workflows and processes
→Provide day-to-day business support for the JAPAC team
→Build programming and content to help new hires get up to speed
→Work with stakeholders across sales, marketing, ops, product, and finance

Requirements

✓High-impact self-starter with initiative to move projects forward
✓Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency; SQL/Tableau/Looker experience a plus
✓Process and operational thinking with the ability to document solutions
✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✓5+ years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, banking, or corporate strategy
✓Previous experience with Salesforce, Sales Operations & Strategy a plus
✓Must be willing to commute 5 days in office
