About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Versant's team, responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of product enhancements within Fandango One’s B2B exhibitor platform. This role owns day-to-day product execution and partners closely with various departments to balance immediate needs with long-term strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own overall functional product quality and outcomes across the Fandango One B2B platform
- →Lead cross-functional teams to execute product strategy and tactical roadmap
- →Define product positioning, messaging, success metrics, and reporting frameworks
- →Partner with engineering to develop, test, and launch features
- →Provide regular status updates, insights, and risk assessments to senior leadership
- →Manage betas and proof-of-concept initiatives with exhibitor partners
- →Create and maintain user documentation and enablement materials
- →Develop deep empathy for cinema operators and staff
- →Act as a functional product subject-matter expert and feature evangelist
- →Stay current on industry trends across cinema technology, ticketing, POS systems, and global exhibition markets
- →Proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve product issues
- →Lead agile product ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization
Requirements
- ✓Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- ✓Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
- ✓Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Knowledge of cinema technology, ticketing, and POS systems
