About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and deliver key projects. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to connect closely with our customer’s core business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform root cause analysis of problems and work with business users to translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications
- →Work with development teams to design technical solutions that meet business needs
- →Produce analysis, data mapping and data analytical skills using SQL, Excel and Power BI
- →Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents
- →Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers
- →Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating solutions
- →End-to-end project involvement from leading workshops through to design and delivery phases
Requirements
- ✓7-10 years of experience
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Jira
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- ✓Experience in producing detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents
- ✓Knowledge of test management tools
