About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Python to join our Innovation Labs. This role requires a startup mentality and the ability to drive projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend)
- →Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver PoCs and innovative projects
- →Mentor and guide interns, providing technical leadership and hands-on support
- →Act as the primary point of contact for resolving technical blockers
- →Drive innovation by experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and approaches
- →Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
- →Contribute to building a culture of agility, ownership, and continuous learning
Requirements
- ✓5-7 years of experience in full stack development
