• →Design scalable recruitment strategies to meet annual headcount goals
• →Manage a team of 5+ recruiters, driving performance against strict KPIs
• →Source passive A-players through creative channels beyond LinkedIn
• →Build robust talent pipelines for critical Engineering and Revenue roles
• →Deploy employer branding initiatives to position Vibe as a top tech employer
• →Train hiring managers on bar-raising, bias-free interview techniques
• →Maintain impeccable data hygiene within the ATS for accurate reporting
• →Negotiate complex offers aligning candidate expectations with internal compensation bands
