About the Role
You'll join our Sales team as an SDR focused on the Apps & Gaming vertical, owning the top of pipeline and partnering directly with Account Executives to open new business. We're looking for someone who is genuinely fluent in AI β not just familiar with it β and uses it to prospect smarter, personalize at scale, and spend less time on the manual work that slows most SDRs down.
This is the right role if you're curious, structured, and motivated by what you can earn. You'll have clear goals, real feedback loops, and real upside at one of the fastest-growing companies in streaming TV advertising.
What You'll Do
Outbound Execution
- Build and run high-frequency outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone with daily consistency
- Craft personalized messaging that reflects each prospect's business context β not a template blast
- Keep Salesforce and Outreach records clean with zero overdue tasks, every day
AI-Powered Prospecting
- Use AI tools to automate research, personalization, and sequencing β and actively look for new ways to apply them
- Stay current on the evolving AI sales toolset and bring new approaches to the team without being asked
- Replace manual workflows with smarter systems wherever possible
Pipeline & Qualification
- Identify and prioritize target accounts in the Apps & Gaming space based on ICP
- Qualify opportunities with a genuine problem match before handing off to AEs
- Map buying committees and ensure clean, well-contextualized AE handoffs
Collaboration & Presence
- Partner with AEs on account strategy, messaging, and follow-up coordination
- Travel to industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate pipeline in person
- Share what's working β reply rates, conversion trends, messaging learnings β with the broader team
What You Need
- 1β3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience supporting US markets
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve outreach quality, efficiency, or personalization
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator
- A track record of booking quality meetings that convert β not just volume
- Strong written and verbal communication β you can hold a real conversation, in the room and on the page
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling into Apps, Gaming, or digital marketing verticals
- Comfort representing a brand at external events β you're energized by it, not drained

For candidates in New York, NY, the base salary for this role is $65,000, plus variable compensation.
